WHAT IS THE MORPETH TALKING NEWSPAPER?

Picture
The Talking Newspaper produces a fortnightly audio version of the Morpeth Herald for the previous two weeks. This is distributed to more than 30 sight impaired local residents by a team of volunteers. The Newspaper is recorded at the Greater Morpeth Development Trust offices at The Morpeth Railway Station. If you would like to receive regular audio files or know someone that would just use the contact us page and someone will contact you.
The picture (right) shows a typical recording session in progress at Contact premises.
